Effect Saint Mina Hotel is a two-storey house with regular-forms architecture that gives off a slight Spanish cahrm and taste. It was built on a rocky area just a few meters from the Seashore. The old slabs in the courtyard resemble the flooring of an old Roman theater. From the second floor of the hotel you can еnjoy the incredible views of the sea and the "Southern Fortress Wall and Tower" of Sozopol. In recent years, the hotel has hosted mostly children's groups, offering wonderful facilities for the purpose. At guests disposal are a summer garden and wireless internet.

Effect St. Mina Hotel is located between the old and the new part of the town of Sozopol, near the Windmill. It takes only a 2-minute walk to reach the central beach and a 6 minutes walk to get to Apollonia Amphitheater and St. Cyril and Methodius Church.
